No physical shipment: SleepDynamics.online programs are digital educational products. Nothing will be mailed or delivered to a physical address unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
Order processing
WooCommerce begins processing an order after the payment provider authorizes or confirms payment. Most successfully paid orders receive access automatically within a few minutes. Orders under payment review, fraud screening or manual verification may take longer.
How access is delivered
Depending on the program configuration, access may be provided through the order-confirmation page, a download link sent to the checkout email address, and the Downloads or Orders area of the customer’s SleepDynamics.online account. Customers should use an email address they control and verify it carefully before submitting an order.
Download links and account access
Download links may have technical limits for security and fraud prevention. Course access is licensed to the purchaser for personal use. Customers should not publish, forward, resell, upload or share access credentials or course files. If a valid link expires or fails, contact support so we can verify the order and review access.
System requirements
Customers are responsible for using a reasonably current web browser, stable internet connection, PDF-compatible reader and any other software clearly identified on the product page. Mobile compatibility may vary by file type and device. Review product requirements before purchasing.
Incorrect email addresses
If an incorrect checkout email was entered, contact us promptly from an email address that can be verified. We may request order details to protect the account and purchase. We cannot guarantee that an email address can be changed after delivery.
Delivery delays
Access can be delayed by payment reviews, provider outages, email filtering, security checks, hosting interruptions or inaccurate customer information. Check spam and promotion folders and the My Account area first. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access to a verified eligible purchase.
Failed or corrupt downloads
If a supplied file is incomplete, corrupt or unavailable, stop repeated download attempts and email support with the order number, product name, device type and any displayed error. We may provide a replacement link, alternate file or reasonable troubleshooting steps.
