Digital-product policy: Because course files and access can be delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, purchases generally become non-refundable once download or course access begins, except where required by applicable law or stated below.
Before accessing the course
If you purchased the wrong program or changed your mind before downloading files or accessing protected course materials, contact us promptly. We will review requests submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase. Approval is not automatic and depends on the access and order record.
Eligible refund situations
We may approve a full or partial refund when:
- The customer was charged more than once for the same order.
- The wrong digital product was delivered and we cannot provide the purchased product.
- A verified technical defect prevents reasonable use and we cannot repair, replace or provide an alternate format within a reasonable period.
- Applicable law requires a refund.
Situations generally not eligible
Unless required by law, refunds are generally unavailable after substantial downloading or access, for dissatisfaction based only on personal preference, failure to use the program, failure to meet unstated device requirements, sharing or misuse of files, account suspension for prohibited activity, or expectations of guaranteed health or sleep outcomes.
No guaranteed results
Educational programs do not guarantee a particular sleep, health, professional or personal result. Individual experiences depend on many factors outside our control. A lack of a desired result does not by itself make a digital product defective.
How to request review
Email support@sleepdynamics.online with the purchaser’s name, order number, purchase email, program name, request reason and relevant screenshots. Do not send payment-card numbers or account passwords.
Refund processing
If approved, a refund will normally be submitted to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. The payment provider or bank may require additional posting time. We do not control that processing period.
Exchanges and upgrades
Requests to change to another program or upgrade may be reviewed individually before substantial access or downloading. Any price difference must be paid. We do not guarantee an exchange or account credit.
Cancellations
Submit cancellation requests immediately. Digital orders may be fulfilled automatically, so cancellation may not be possible after access is created or files are delivered.
