Where are my course downloads?

Sign in to My Account and open Downloads or Orders. Access also may appear in the order-confirmation email after payment is completed.

I did not receive an order email. What should I do?

Check spam and promotion folders, then confirm that the checkout email was entered correctly. Contact us with the purchaser name and approximate order time.

Can support give medical advice?

No. Customer support can help with products, accounts and educational materials but cannot diagnose symptoms or provide individualized medical care.

Can I share or resell the course files?

No. A purchase provides a personal, non-transferable license unless the product page expressly provides a different license.
